There are no language requirements for any of the study away programs.
We accept students on a first come first served basis, so make sure to apply early!
There are mandatory orientation sessions before we embark on the study away program. As the date for departure gets closer, students receive an email that specifies when/where the mandatory orientation will take place.
The semester-long course you take is included in your tuition like any other course you would register for.
There is an out of pocket fee that differentiates between each study away program. The out of pocket fee includes housing/hotels, transportation, activities, etc. Students put down a deposit (anywhere from $250-$1000) in order to save your spot and the remaining balance can be paid in installments up to a student’s expected graduation date.
Link to more info on our payment plans.
If you were waitlisted, don’t panic! Spots may open up and if they do we notify students who may still want to take advantage of the opportunity. We offer a trip at least every semester, so if you’re waitlisted for one program there are still many opportunities to sign up for our next study away!
Our main themes for each program includes but are not limited to:
- Women and Gender Issues
